  • Hey there ET!

Thanks for dropping by the forum. I certainly understand the confusion over not seeing those lists, and we’re very happy to help.

Local browser issues can do funky things with web-based applications, so the first step might be to clear your browser’s cache and cookies. If that doesn’t work, the next step would be to check that the correct MailChimp account is being used and connected through the plugin. If the username and password do not match those you’d provided when setting up that account, it likely indicates that more than one exists (and the wrong account is being used). A quick way to check on that would be to disconnect the plugin, after which you’ll want to be sure that you’re providing the same username and password as those associated with that MailChimp account.

To locate those credentials within the MailChimp account, follow the steps outlined here.

If you’re able to confirm that the credentials are correct, can you send us your MailChimp username via email to wordpress at mailchimp dot com? Additionally can you post a quick message within the forum, to let us know the email has been sent? Finally, can we have confirmation on the WordPress version and plugin version being utilized?

Have a good weekend, and we look forward to your reply.
    -Elliot
