# Uber functionality for WordPress Website

 * Hi,
    I would like to know if it’s possible to make website which will have functionality
   of uber app!? My client want me to build a site using wordpress which will send**
   notification** to nearest people. For example, _Assume your bike suddenly stop
   working and you don’t know where is the bike repair shop. Now you search / request
   the website using keyword and website will **automatically** send **notification**
   to the nearest Bike Shop owner (the same process which uber do)_
 * I don’t know how to implement this idea in wordpress and how to complete the 
   task..
 * Please help me sharing idea or options.

 * This thing which Uber does would be difficult to manage as Uber have the Mobile
   App and that too different App for User and Car Driver.
 * In your case you need to manage via WordPress site, so you need to opt for some
   plugin which triggers notification.
 * Notification will be trigger to the searched User/Shop Owner i.e. when someone
   on WordPress Website search for “Bike repair Shop” and selects one from search
   result, you need to send notification to that Shop Owner, but all the Owners/
   Shop details must be stored in WordPress.
 * Check few plugins below, select the one which matches the close to your requirement
   and later make some customization to it.

 * I am not sure if the plugin will provide that interface.
 * In that case some custom solution/Implementation is needed.
 * In the APP we can get the User Location but in Web we can ask for location but
   for the the customization is still needed.
