U-Design Theme Home widgets not showing on Static Home page

I’m working with U-Design Theme for WordPress.
I do not know if I can have any Home sections widgets show up on my Home Static page, they only show somewhere else… 🙁
I would like to have some widgets to show on the “Home After Content Row 1” and “Home After Content Row 2” sections on my Home Static Page.
Can you help me with this?
