 * If I create a h2 block of text in a post, why doesn’t changing h2 styling in 
   customize > typography > content > heading H2 work? It just ignores my changes
   there.

 * It is possible that another plugin overrides the style of the theme. You can 
   try to disable all plugins to re-check this issue.
