Hi there! Sorry that you’re having troubles. Are you using the free version of the plugin or have you upgraded to Pro? And are you able to share a link to the page where the problem is happening?

Hi Natalie, thanks for the FAST response!

The page in question is here:
    http://thinkgard.com/tdp/

There should be a “Show More Info” popup when you mouseover the MS Office icon at 12:00 in the illustration, but this isn’t’ working.

At one time we had the Pro version of the plugin on the site. However, since the site only needs this one image map now, we opted not to renew the license and just use the free version. I deleted the pro version and installed the free from the WP plugin repository. Wonder if this caused the issue?

There are some JS/jQuery issues somewhere because on this page where the DA image map is shown, the green schedule consultation pulldown isn’t working either.

Additionally, in other places in the WP Admin, the popup lightboxes aren’t closing properly. All this goes away when DA is deactivated.

    Thanks!!

Ok, I think that what happened is some things got a bit mixed up with the switch between the free and the pro plugin. The tooltip layout showing a popup is only available with the pro version, so if you want to go with tooltips, you’ll have to use the pro version. I think the settings for tooltips might be stuck in there, though, and then the free plugin doesn’t have those, so that’s why it’s causing an error. There are a couple different ways we can get it fixed, but it will depend on whether or not you want to use the pro version to have tooltips or if you want to use the side-by-side layout that’s included with pro. Let me know which way you want to go and I’ll let you know how to get it fixed.

And yes, the fun of JavaScript is that if one script throws an error, all of it quits working. 🙂 So the error in Draw Attention is causing the rest of the JavaScript on the page not to work.

That makes perfect sense. I’ll reach out to the client and see if they want to renew the license now. If we reinstall the pro verison, I’m guessing everything will likely start working correctly again?

Yes, if you reinstall pro, everything should just magically work again. The version you have will continue to work. The only thing that expires is updates and support. So if they don’t want to renew now or ever, you can let them know that as well.

Perfect. We’re all set again. Thanks again for your quick help!
