Type of survey offering both choices + a text field ?

    In the free version of the plugin, how do I create a survey that has both :
    – choices/options
    – And a text field for people who want to enter their answers without choosing one of the options

    PS: I created a survey with the type “Choose” that only offers checkboxes for choices but it is not possible to add a text field as an option

    Hi @refka,

    Thank you for the topic.

    The free version of the Poll Maker plugin has the functionality to add a text field as an option.
    For that please go to the Polls page > particular poll > General tab and enable the Allow custom answer option.
