type = list

  • I have a feed that I’m displaying as type “list”.

    I have this code in the display builder:
    ‘<div class=”cal”><span class=”month”>[start-custom format=”M”]</span>
    <span class=”day”>[start-custom format=”d”]</span>
    </div>
    <h6>[link newwindow=”true”][event-title][/link]</h6>
    [if-all-day]
    <p>[start-custom format=”d M Y”]
    [/if-all-day]
    [if-not-all-day]
    <p>[start-custom format=”g:ia”] – [end-custom format=”g:ia”]
    [/if-not-all-day]’
    Each event shows has at the top a long string date such as this:
    February 3, 2014
    I want to remove each of those dates from the list and also edit the css applied as it’s messing with my classes that are listed in the above display builder code.

    Hello,

    If, you’re using the widget, the top date can be removed via the widget settings. If you’re using the [google-calendar-events] shortcode, remove the title parameter from it.

    You should be able to override the plugin CSS with your own CSS. You might need to make your selectors more specific, though. So, instead of:

    .month {
    	...
    }

    you might need something like:

    .gce-page-list .gce-list .month {
    	...
    }

    Thanks, I’ll give it a try once I’ve got the system live. It’s stable for now.
