Two wordpress usernames.

I installed wordpress on my computer using microsoft web matrix. i believe it is installed correctly. However, when i go into site administration i have a different user name than i do when i log in through my website. also, what i create on the microsoft web matrix under the second user name isn’t transferring to my web page. Finally, when i try to go to the site it says that the page cannot be displayed. I’m very confused and not sure what to do. my site is http://www.parentingwithparents.com
I’m afraid the installation did not work because the website is not usable and i seem to have two different accounts under the same web page.
