# Two sites – same content different language

 * I am developing two sites english and french which (because the host allows only
   one ssl cert per site) are totally separate wordpress installations and domains.
   Will google penalise my seo for duplicate content?

 * Have you looked into WPML? You could still use two domains but rather than duplicating
   the entire site you’d be able to just translate the content. WPML also has the
   option to put languages in subdirs: yoursite.com/en vs yoursite.com/fr
