Two places at once

Ok so I live in that little place at the end of the line New Zealand
I have a project underway creating a “Journal” New Zealand Spectator sort of a huff post for nz.

So the majority of access will i suspect come from NZ so it makes sense to host it here. We would also like the content to be available in the northern hemisphere.

Is there a way that we can (this is a layman describing what we want to achieve) Have two wordpress websites that are identical one in the north and one down here……easily ….and without it costing the national debt
