two paypal payment options on checkout page

    Hello,
    I just updated to 2.3.3. We are only using paypal. Now on the checkout page there are two boxes that say “Pay via PayPal; you can pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account” with a radio button so you can choose one or the other, but they’re both the same. How do I get rid of the extra one?
