    Hi,

my contact form plugin (KK Custom Form/CRM) generates the message for the site owner by adding two newline char (\n\n) after each pair of field name and value.

These are stripped away if I use your plugin for styling the mails.

    How can I change this?

All Plugins and wordpress are up to date.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hope you are doing good.

I tried to fill kontakt page and received an email also but didn’t find any issues,

can you please create a video of the complete process with an error then I will look into this and get back to you soon.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    thanks for your quick response.

Sorry if I did not explain the problem completely. The form generates two mails. One confirmation mail to the person who filled in the form. This mail is generated as html mail with <br/> after each field.

But the mail that I get is generated with these double \n.

This is the content of the mail that I got from your request:

EMAILLIST: Technische Frage FIRMA: Dudley and Huber Co STRASSE: 985 Fabien Freeway PLZ: asd1 STADT: Ut esse architecto LAND: Thailand ANREDE: Herr VORNAME: asds NAME: Yoshio Richardson MAIL: objects23@yopmail.com TELEFON: 9564747058 NACHRICHT: zxcsxc UPLOAD:

I don’t know how to create a video – sorry. But since it’s a site under construction I could temporarily define your mailadress as “owner”. Could that be helpful?

I tried to reproduce this error on my staging site but everything is working fine.

You have to check (KK Custom Form/CRM), seems like this issue is coming from any third party plugin or there will be CSS conflict in your website.

    thanks
