Two lines; Click on the linefield doesnt work.

    Hi Alena,

    1) Your upper field is referred to the telephone, and under it there is a label and a subject field, but as the label for the subject is empty, it is not displayed.
    You can change it on the plugin settings page => Please select the “Additional options” => “Change the labels of the contact form fields and error messages” on the plugin settings page and change a necessary field.
    2) This effect is produced by the script you have. Please, try to change the theme to make sure.
