First, I love this plugin. I have a small Woocommerce store — a few orders a week. Not enough to need a BIG solution, but enough that I don’t want to have an endicia account and enter shipping info manually. I’m so happy to have this plug in!

The last two time I used it, TWO labels got purchased and created. This was in Safari. I feel like maybe I am doing something dumb like clicking too enthusiastically? But i’m posting here in case others have had this happen. I’m flagging this a “not support” because I’m not yet sure it’s repeatable.

    Hi there,

Have you tried to test this with a different browser, maybe?

    Cheers,

    Hi @williebhines,

My first guess is that you might be having an issue with your box packing configuration. Could you provide a little more information about the following:

    – What shipping method are you using for your customer check out?
    – The dimensions and weight of the two items in the order.

    Thanks,
    Nabeel

@georginas I’ll try Chrome though I seem to have to clear cookies before I use Chrome each time.

@nabsul There are two items in the order but only one is physical. The other is a virtual, downloadable item.

Thank you so much for your thoughts!

    Worked on Chrome.

I think— I THINK — I was just hitting “buy” twice.

    You click BUY
Then the buy button turns into a spinning circle
THEN it BRIEFLY turns back into the BUY button
and THEN the label pops up.

I think in my impatience I was clicking the button a second time when it briefly turned back into BUY!

    USER ERROR.

Not necessarily 100% your fault; it would be better if we made sure this isn’t “physically” possible :-).

I put a note in to test this and see if we can prevent it from happening.

    Thanks for the update!
