Two home pages

I have a home page that is not a blog page. I removed the blog page and have just a visual page. The problem is that the home page is the same content as my other page “Project Information.” I can’t edit the home page. I would like to have the Project information page be the home page. How do I remove the duplicate page or merge them into one page?
