# Two Forms

 * Hi,
 * I seem to have a problem with one of my forms. They are both on the same page
   and the bottom form works perfectly, however, I’m receiving no emails with the
   top one.
 * Is it not possible to have 2 forms on one page?
 * Any advice with this would be amazing!

 * After running some tests on the user’s site it was determined the issue was sporadic
   email deliverability from sending the emails over the web host. We suggested 
   a SMTP service/plugin such as SendGrid which will alleviate email deliverability
   problems 🙂
