    After connection with Woocommerce, we see two ad accounts (instead of only one, valid).

    Why this happened and how can we remove one account?

    Hi there,

    It looks like one of the accounts was accidentally created somehow. If you don’t need it, you could close the account with this instruction from Facebook:

    Ok, thank you a lot! So the problem is completely on Facebook side (business manager, ad accounts), not the plugin itself?

    Hi @seba91,

    That is correct.

    If you believe one of the ad accounts should not be there, Facebook will be able to provide some indication of where it came from as that isn’t something we can see on our end.

    They’ll also be able to help with closing or removing any ad accounts you’re not using.
