Two errors that I can not solve

1.
When I load the page http://www.advice-plus.dk, I sometimes get (not every time) a horizontal bar at the top of the page that says “Kontakt ADVICE+”. The bar is located across the logo.
I need to have removed this bar, but after many hours, I still have not found a solution to the problem. Some one who knows where I can remove this ?
If you do not see the bar, pleas mail me, and I can mail a picture from the website to you.

2.
When I load the page http://www.advice-plus.dk on my iPhone, a menu appears at the top. This menu has no function. How do I delete this menu ?
