 * When you write a new blog post, notifications sent from MailPoet are not controlled
   by how many lists you have but rather how many Post Notification emails are set
   up.
 * You can check this under MailPoet > Emails, on the “Post Notifications” tab.
 * Ideally you would just have one Post Notification set up here if you only want
   one email to go out (or at least, if you have more than one option, only one 
   is actually enabled with the orange slider).
 * If you are seeing more than one enabled Post Notification email here, then this
   is likely why more than one notification is going out. Please edit/review the
   options here, and only leave active the one that you truly want to send. It’s
   most likely tied to your mailing list and set to “send immediately.”
 * If you are only seeing one Post Notification option here, is it possible that
   the two emails are not both coming from MailPoet? WordPress has a native “subscribe
   to blog” feature that will just automatically send out very simple, text-based
   notifications of a new blog post. If you are receiving two emails but they look
   completely different, this could be the reason – in which case you can disable
   the WordPress version of post notifications in your WordPress.com account.

    - a screenshot of MailPoet > Emails
    - a screenshot of MailPoet > Emails > Post Notifications
    - your system info -> this is under MailPoet > Help > System Info, you can copy
      and paste the content from here. Please redact any personal information including
      your activation key.
