# Two email notifications

 * After updating to WordPress 5.5 I am getting two email notifications after every
   plugin or theme update on all my sites. One from EUM and one from WordPress.
 * It’s not a big problem, but it’s really annoying. I would prefer one email from
   EUM.
 * I have checked, but I can’t find a way to stop WordPress from sending what is
   a duplicate notification.
 * Can you offer a solution?

   Reset options from EUM > Advanced > Reset options, then re-configure your EUM
   options click save changes and check if you get single email from EUM?

   reset one of my sites, so I’ll see if it works when the next plugin is updated.

 * Unfortunately, resetting EUM didn’t work. I still get two email notifications
   for every update.

 * If I have a chance, I’ll dig into the code. I’m sure there’s a new 5.5 hook that
   was unintentionally overlooked.
