    Hi Nico,

The only thing our plugin adds is the Recipe metadata.

Anything else gets added by your theme or another plugin. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing. It’s just describing the page in general (which contains a recipe object).

We recommend using a plugin like Yoast SEO alongside WP Recipe Maker.

Thnx Brecht. So I have understand that the additional “hentry-schema” isn’t a bad thing in this case and do not confused the Google Seach Engine. Right?

So we do not have to disable it? Right?

Yes, the “new” Yoast 11 is coming up with a strucured data package. If we use Yoast 11 did we have to disable the WPRecipe struktured data schema to prevent a “doubling effect”?

It’s a good thing, yes. You need both general page metadata (like Yoast does) and for the recipe in particular. Our plugin handles the recipe part and nothing else. You should not disable our metadata.

Ok, Brecht I understand. Thanx for your help. Always great support.
