Two Different Services with Similar Time Slot Stops One Service From Showing?

    Hello,

    I am using the full version of Webba Booking. I have been using for a couple of years and think it’s great. I have now however come across an issue I can’t figure out.

    I have two different services
    Service #1 runs on Monday from 10-11am
    Service #2 runs on Monday 10-12am.

    If a booking comes in for service #1 it means that service #2 is not bookable on the front end.

    I thought it might have something to do with SETTINGS > MODE > Multiple bookings in one session

    But that didn’t seem to do anything.

    Your help would be appreciated.

    Hello,

    It seems that Autolock mode is enabled in the settings. Please, open the Appointments tab of Webba settings page and check that option Auto lock appointments ins disabled.
