  • That should be possible providing you do not use the same domain name/url.

You meant same name of the used page in network?

I have one Wp installed in WordPress directory and would like to install another one in WordPress-Slo directory. so, I presume this should work?

and run on some issues. When I go to the directory of new WordPress and try to install it with install php I got error that WordPress is already installed, so I can’t install the new one.

Thanks in advance for your help

Are you trying to use the same domain name or url for both networks?
Did you set up a new database for the new install?

Hm, same domain? Yes it is same domain, but my main site, which using this domain is not WP based, so my WP is installed in WordPress directory. I thought if I install new WP in some other directory that this will work.

What do you think with new database?

It sounds me like you are trying to install WordPress at the same url and/or using the same database. Ensure that you use a different url and a new database.

Hm.. it could be… I’m afraid that I’m not much experienced user. Learned how to menage some things inside wp, but not sure what do you thing with the same database. my main url is arsov.net. My main wp url is http://www.arsov.net/Wordpress/ I thought if I put another wp inside some different directory, like /Wordpress-Slo/ that WP will chose different url for that installation, as the directory is not /Wordpress/ anymore.

So, looks like that I totally missed the point?

You really need to set up a completely new database via your host’s control panel for a second multisite install.
