Two bugs with optional questions.

1) When I create an optional question, the user response does not appear in the Email. The question is there, but not the user input.
2) If I have the “Additional questions are a required field” option ticked, the form returns with an error message “undefined” – no Email is sent.
Both of these errors only occur if I have just one optional question. If I use both optional questions, everything works!
