Two blogs in one

I need to have two blogs in one. ie: Normal text like we all do, and a second one over on the right hand side (above the navigation – categories etc.) that will just have photos.

It will look like this http://www.macneilbmx.com/blog/

The main blog on the left will run as normal and I have no issue with that, just not sure how to embed a second one.

Is this possible and can anyone point me in the right direction?
