Is it possible to have two background images?
What I am doing right now is I have a sigle, medium sized image that I have centered “no repeat” and I have set a Background Color. So any area outside of the centered image, shows the solid color I have chosen in “Background Color”.

What I would like to do is to choose another image to repeat, instead of just the solid color of “Background Color” and by still being able to specify “centered” for my first image, it will be centered no matter what screen resolutin people visit my site in.

Theme I am using right now is twentyten, but willing to try something else if it will work better.

Yes – it’s possible if you have two containers – one for each image. If your current background is on the <body> tag, you could add the other to the <html> tag (which tends to get overlooked in many designs). But don’t edit the Twenty Ten theme itself. Instead create a child theme for your changes.

Or do it completely by CSS?

    This has worked for me

That’s what I suggested above but as it would mean editing the theme’s stylesheet, you still need to create a child theme.
