Hi @lukezab,
Just to make sure if I got it right – when you put more than one product to the cart is its shipping cost multiplied e.g. twice and summed up or is the shipping cost displayed twice in the cart one below the other?
Could you please paste here the screenshots showing your current shipping methods’ configuration and how does it look in the cart/checkout?
Kind regards,
Łukasz

Hi @lukezab,
Did you manage to find out what was responsible for the issue you’ve encountered? We haven’t heard from you for almost a week.
Kind regards,
Łukasz
Hi Łukasz,
i’m sorry:-(…
Well, i found this: if i setting, for example
kg 0 to 1.000 and
kg 1.1 to 2.0 and
kg 2.1 to 3.0
or
kg 0 to 1.0 and
kg 1.0 to 2.0 and
kg 2.0 to 3.0
two article, two shipping. But, if i setting:
kg (empty) to 0.999
kg 1.000 to 1.999
kg 2.000 to 2.999
it’s ok.
I think, my error, is not complete the decimal weight, or insert same weight.
For my logical thinks i put minimal decimal or same weight. 🙂
Thanks for patience.
Luca

Hi @lukezab,
Thank you for your reply. I believe the problem might be related to the fact that in the first case you have the uncovered gaps between the weight ranges. According to what you have written the first range ends at 1.000 kg and the next one starts at 1.100, so there is a gap from 1.001 to 1.099 kg and the same for the next ranges.
In the second case the ending and the starting ranges’ values are overlapping each other – the first one ends at 1.0 kg and the next one starts with the same value – 1.0 kg as well.
The third case is the right configuration without uncovered gaps and without ranges’ overlapping so this is the one you should use.
Kind regards,
Łukasz
