Twitter tweeting the same post 2 x s every hour

I have the twitter feed set up to tweet 2 times every hour and it is tweeting the exact same product item twice in an hour. I would like it to tweet different items. Ultimately I want it to tweet 4 different items in an hour.

Twitter feed is Chocodogstudio. I have a different auto tweet set up for my Etsy shop.
