Twitter Tools preventing post deletion

I just upgraded to 2.3.3 from 2.2 and had an issue where I wasn’t able to delete any posts or pages. I could click delete and the post would vanish without error. But after refreshing the page the past would be back.

After a couple hours of DB exports/imports and online research I couldn’t find anything that worked. Then finally I removed all my third party plugins and it worked! after reintroducing them one by one, I narrowed it down to Twitter Tools being the cause (I’m running the latest as of this post 1.1b1). If it’s active, deleting a post/page doesn’t work. Deactivate and everything works great.

Anyone else experiencing this issue or have a resolution?
