Twitter Tools – force ALL weekly digests?

    Anyone know how to make Twitter Tools go back into my twitter and pull ALL the tweets, to backwards generate all the weekly digests that don’t yet exist?

    I’ve just done a virgin install of twitter_tools, and I’m stumped if this is even possible.
