Twitter Summary Image Not Displaying

Hello,

I am using the SEO Framework in combination with Nelio’s plugin (specifically the external image feature), for some reason the image is not being displayed on the twitter large image summary.

I’ve used my theme in combination with Yoast SEO & it shows up. The only difference that I see is there is a twitter:image:width and twitter:image:height tag as well.

My question is how can I fix this without switching to yoast?
