Twitter Publisher box doesn't load properly if closed by default

If you close one of the side admin widgets on the edit post screen, WordPress remembers your selection and will keep them closed. If you have the Twitter Publisher widget closed by default however, then click the arrow to open it, nothing will display – because the width is set with javascript:

tbox['width'] = jQuery('#stc-manual-tweetbox').width();

which is 0 at the point the page is loaded.

You have to open the empty box then refresh the page to actually see the content.
