Twitter link not working

    I inputted the consumer key and consumer secret, changed the callback URL according to the instructions and changed the settings to “read, write and access direct messages”. When I click on the twitter icon form my page i get the message: “Authentification failed. The user has canceled the authentication or the provider refused the connection.”

    Any ideas? Thanks

    Try clearing all cache and different browser. Try recreating a new app.
    Usually that errors dissapears after the steps above

    We want to buy the plugin
    But we also have the problem
    Then we have the support needed
    But we received an email that we get no support,
    because we have the plugin not purchased.
    But we do not buy it if it does not work
    “Success prevention program” XD
    So we say in Germany

    RalfRo, we neer said no support. I said no premium support. Open a new thread here and you will get attention on your issue whenever is possible. We have 12 plugins + 5 premium ones. So we give priority to our premiums users and we have spare time we support our free users.
