Twitter card type (photo / player / summary) – can't change?

    Awesome plugin guys. I’ve been looking for something that gives me more control over OG tags and being able to change the “type” to video etc. on a per-post basis is great.

    I’m thinking about buying the pro version but there’s one thing stopping me atm- no ability to control twitter card type. I have a few posts that are player cards (not summary cards) so at the moment the plugin isn’t doing what I need. I’m sure there are people who use photo cards who would be in the same boat too.

    2 suggestions- 1. can you give us a separate global checkbox for enabling twitter cards (so we can use twitter and/or facebook options separately) and 2. make the twitter card type selectable globally and per-post the same way facebook type is (photo / player / summary) it would be perfect.

    Any chance that could be rolled into the next update?

    Thanks for the kind words and I’m glad you like the plugin.

    I’ll look at the suggestions you made and check the twitter docs for that again. And yes it will be included within the next update.

    I can’t promise it will be released this week, but within the next 10 days it should be out.
