Twitter card posting inconsistently

Hi. I installed JM Twitter Cards on our blog last night. The Blog is http://torforgeblog.com. I’ve been testing tweets on this account: https://twitter.com/forgereads and have found that sometimes it displays the Twitter card, and sometimes it does not. Any idea how I can fix this? Thanks.
