Twitter button can't handle certain characters?

    Hello robpachasa,

    I can add htmlspecialchars for the titles in next release.
    Maybe you can use the HTML ascii instead of special characters in the meantime, eg. ” instead of “. Have a look here: http://www.ascii.cl/htmlcodes.htm

    Now twitter share cannot separate space, its still appear %20 for space.
    Please fix it.
