  • The Twenty-ten theme seems to have issues with passing styles through to plugins which display themselves within the context of posts and pages.

For example, the Calendar Plugin is shown by placing the tag “{CALENDAR}” on a page, but when displayed using Twentyten, no amount of tweaking the CSS for the Calendar Plugin will make it fit the page.

Another example is the NextGEN Gallery, I have assigned a non-default style to the way my image galleries are shown, yet it is not enforced.

If I switch my wordpress installation to a different theme, such as iNove both of these anomalies disappear and both plugins behave as expected.

    Aha, I see. That explains a lot…
So… Is there a way to fix this, without having to change theme?
(I better start looking for a different theme as well.. sigh..)
