twentyten theme. change font & edit category display

    Hi, i am using the twentyten theme. I am trying to do two things unsuccessfully. I am trying to change the font on my main menu bar and on my side bar.

    I am also trying to change how my category archives and my front page new blogs are displayed. I want them to just be a list without pictures or share buttons or tags etc.

    I’m not too great at code.
