Twentyten Custom Form builder isn't working

Hello there WordPress forum:

I have created a form on a page on my website, but it isn’t sending the info to my email address. A created one earlier on another page (that was simpler, less fields) and that one seemed to work.

I removed all the forms and tried again, but the longer form I really wanted on there is still not working.

I am using the “custom form” button beside the “Add Media” icon above the editing bar. I am strictly a wysiwyg person…
