twentyfourteen: how can I add site icon below tagline

    I am developing a child theme based on the twentyfourteen theme for a website of static pages. The layout remains pretty much as the parent. Is there anyway I can introduce the site icon positioned below the tagline that is underneath the Site Title? I do not wish it to be the header image.
