Twentyfourteen – Cron Post via email

    I have setup the in-built posts to email within; settings > writing > post to email which seems to work only when I manually visit domain.com/wp-mail.php

    Is there a dummies guide how to set this up as a cron job so its done automatically?

    Apologies if this question as been asked before but looking for the correct way as I will implement this over 4 sites.
