twentyfifteen child theme preview says "skip to content"

    Hi
    I had the blank screen problem and not get the theme displayed without any formatting and saying on top skip to content which it does not.

    I am using the latest twentyfifteen theme and created the child theme using plugins and manually without any success.
    I am running WordPress 4.3 which I wish I had never updated to as various plugins do not support this release yet.

    I have created a pastebin entry containing the style.css file under RaymondTheBrave, what other information do you need to find it. I have never used this before.

    I have tried everything. Needless to say I have not made the new child template active.

    The Top Line of Description above should read:-
    I get the twentyfifteen child theme displayed without any formatting and saying on top skip to content which it does not, when you click on it.

    I am running Windows 10 (x64) and Chrome Version 44.0.2403.157 m (64-bit)

    I have eliminated any browser linked problems. Tested EDGE (windows 10), Chrome and Firefox all produce the same message.

    I have eliminated platform as I get the same problem with Kindle FIRE HDX and my PC.
    I have tested different Themes and still have the same problem.
    I have done a partial re-install and still I have the same problem.

    Any suggestions for further testing. My site at the moment looks like a mess.

    I updated to 4.3 of WP and de-installed plugin WP Total Cache and all the problems disappeared. It seems the Cache plugins could have an impact on the new Themes and WP 4.3 as I had another cache plugin and that had some impact.

    So problem the resolved.
