    Site in Twenty Twelve on Phone pushed to left

    I am working a site here

    I am doing edits in a child theme.

    When viewing the site on my phone it pushes a bit to the left showing the background on the right making it more narrow than it should be.

    I tried to look at in online with tools and see the menu bar seems wider, but have no idea if this is causing it or how to adjust it if it is.

    I figured it out. BUT, since it drives me crazy when people say that without leaving how and when I am spending hours surfing for answers and want to slap someone for not doing it, here is what happened.

    I had this in the child theme:

    header hgroup, #main, footer[role="contentinfo"], nav.main-navigation {
    	padding-left:20px;
    	padding-right:20px;
    }

    and had to take out the , nav.main-navigation to get it to work.

    If you are reading this post, then I hope this helped you out.

    On what file did you apply this fix too?

    I did this in my child theme in the style sheet.

    I am trying to find what I had before correcting it.

    ok thanks, I had posted a support help here it has a link to my site

    I am stumped. On my android, I get the full site, but it has the background off screen to the right, like a left right scroll. The same if I make my screen smaller. Good Luck.
