Are you sure you haven’t got some-sort of splash page that we’re seeing, rather than the actual page?

This may be tricky but can you get a screenshot of the issue with on your phone and state which version of your phone you’re using?

right i got it, my phone is the Motorola razr i, and it has a nifty little feature to take screenshots, way easier than i thought it would be.
