 * Hello,
 * I need JQuery in twentythirteen theme for a smooth scrolling effect.
 * However, if JQuery is included, the Jetpack Carousell no longer works.
 * If I delete this
 * `<script type="text/javascript" src="http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/
   1.3.2/jquery.min.js"></script>`
    in the header.php the Carousell doesn’t work
   anymore.
 * What version of JQuery can I take for both working.
 * Regards
