I need help, guys…
You see, I tried using the new Twenty Thirteen theme of WordPress 3.6.
I decided to use the optional sidebar since I’ve always used a sidebar with previous themes.
My concern is that, since I am using Disqus as my commenting system, it seems to be spanning the entire screen and UNDER the sidebar. Isn’t the comment section supposed to automatically fix it alignment and margins when the sidebar is enabled?
I am totally lost as to how to resolve this problem.
For an example, you can check out how it looks on my page here:
I hope someone can help me. Thank you!
It is looking okay in Google Chrome and Firefox in me, are you still having this problem?
It appears that Chuck’s problem has been solved but I’m having the same issue. Example:
I see that it was mentioned here back in April:
but the example linked to no longer helps, as the site evidently has removed Disqus.
I was able to fix it! Maybe those having problems will find this useful. Here’s how to fix it.
To adjust the width of Disqus In the TWENTY THIRTEEN default theme for WordPress, you’ll need to do the following:
– add the ‘entry-content’ class to the disqus_thread div in the comments.php plugin file, shown here: https://disqus-cloudfront.s3.amazonaws.com/docs/entry-content-class.png
You are a genius, Chuckie. It worked perfectly. Thanks so much.
but i find the code lines in the “disqus_thread” div.
