• Hi There:
I have modified the new Twenty Ten theme to use as my new DJ site.

    http://www.velanche.com

I need to fix a few things, one of which I was given an answer to (I think) and will give a try. The immediate issue concerns the new Pages option that allows me to choose “one column, no sidebar.” The problem is that the comment area below is displayed between the content and the footer. I’d like to get rid of it, but I’m unsure which template is “one column” based on.

What’s the best way for me to make the page static without the comment section? Thanks for reading; looking forward to some helpful assistance.

    Best,
    Velanche

Well I’ve just found the answer via some Google searching; just had to uncheck options for commenting and trackback/pingbacks for the page in the Pages area of the admin. Much easier than I thought and super cool.
