    hello.

    the long story in short,

i have a wp site, with twenty ten theme, the charset is “UTF-8”, i run wp 3.0.4 hungarian, but if i check with a keyword density tool i got these:

erotikus tĂśrtĂŠnetek instead of erotikus történetek
fĂŠrfi magĂĄny instead of férfi magány, and so this goes on.

whats the prob ? i have other wp sites, also wp HU, but different themplates, so i am guessing the twenty ten theme has got the issue. what should i change?

    thanks

If Hungarian displays correct on your site and in view source I would not worry about what keyword density tool shows, because it seems like this tool doesn’t support special characters properly.

I have TwentyTen setup in few different languages, one of them was even Cyrillic and all shows just fine 🙂

actually it’s a prob because i have checked my other wp pages also, and for those it shows correctly. the issue is with the template, but i don’t know what, because the charset is set correctly.

the page if you view with chrome page source everything is ok, but if you check with any keyword density tool you can see the issue

looks ok for me in Chrome, Firefox and IE.

i know that, but if you check with any keyword density tool witch supports utf-8, the words are wrecked, i found this issue only with this template

I don’t see any problems here at all. Extremely long URL shortened (sorry moderator) http://mcaf.ee/e0478 all looks good, however in this case you have A-Z only, so different tools, different previews I would guess.

    This is what’s important:
    http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8&q=site:erotikustortenetek.info

Google displays every single character in the order, that confirms that TwentyTen UTF-8 is set correctly.
