It’s difficult to debug why because there are so many styles in your Child Theme style.css file.
Have you copied the entirety of Twenty Ten and then used that as your Child Theme?
A Child Theme style.css file should import styles over http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes#Example_of_a_basic_Child_Theme

Your HTML structure has changed. You need to move the footer into <div id="wrapper">

Hi, I followed a tutorial on making a child theme, I think I did copy the whole style.css file. Should I change something on my child theme?
I will try moving the footer into the wrapper now.
Thank you

Use Diffchecker to check the difference between the original style.css file and your style.css file.
Delete all code that is the same, only have your differences in your Child Theme style.css file.
Then, near the top of the Child Theme style.css file, @import the styles over from your twentyten folder. See http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes#Example_of_a_basic_Child_Theme
