Twenty Sixteen not showing custom “Primary” menu in correct place

    As you can see, My primary menu is showing below the header image. I want it up top. I’ve tried a lot of fixes to no avail. Rileycentral.blog

    the actual header image is the collage with the faces, and the primary menu is correctly positioned above that..

    the typewriter image is a custom logo, and below that is the site title and tagline.

    what layout are you trying to achieve?

    Similar issue – the Main Menu only appears on one page – as soon as you navigate away from that, you’re lost.
    Tried to remedy it by adding it to the Social Menu as well and as a Widget in the sidebar – but still no joy!

    Ooops – yet another refresh and it is now working!
